I made a reservation to make sure we would be dinning here. The table location was good and the restaurant decoration too. The food was amazing, The dauphin ravioli starter was the most delicious part of our whole meal however, I would not order dessert again as it was not for my taste even though looked very nice, didn’t worth the flavour. Make sure when ordering water to ask for tap water. Great experience overall.
It is one of the oldest restaurants in Paris. The food is great here. Some of the dishes served in menu have historical significance. The sitting area is slightly congested. But service is superb. Price wise it is on expensive end. A must visit restaurant in Paris if you are interested in history!
We made a reservation, but showed up an hour early and they seated us right away. Most people were dressed very nice, and we were in shorts and sandals, but they didn’t make us feel bad or uncomfortable and were all very nice and friendly. Our waiter was excellent, he was on top of everything and always there when we needed him. And the food…. WOW! Honestly everything we had was just amazing, words can’t do it justice. We were able to pay from a QR code on the table and leave when we wanted to. If you’re looking for a nice restaurant with great service and incredible food, you’ve found it

They kept the heritage vibe while keeping the environment also very cozy. Food is very traditional and the portion is quite big. So be more cautious and don’t over order. Service is also very attentive. We visited during the Olympic season so quite a lot of people dressed in casual. Though I think visitors should dress up slightly for the occasion.
Me and my fiancé had a fantastic experience dining at La Procope. The customer service was 10/10 and the food was wonderful- one of the best beef dishes my partner has ever tasted! A very cultured and traditional French dining experience and we will both definitely be back sometime in the near future! We enjoyed the lovely touch of having a birthday sparkler and dessert come out for my partner’s birthday! Thank you!
