Beautiful bookstore with a great selection and very helpful staff.
I was looking for a specific book that they didn’t have, they ordered it and messaged me when it arrived a couple of days later (they offer delivery).
There’s a coffee shop in the back, definitely worth a visit.
Café Severino is inside the bookstore Argumento, towards the back of it. The space is wonderful, it is cozy and beautiful inside. They have a great variety of types of meals... for dinner, lunch, breakfasts and snacks. And they all look great. The only few drawbacks are: the place can get noisy when crowded; their breakfast for 2 is mostly breads, there is not much variety in this option; and it is an expensive place.
One of the best bookshops in town, spacious, elegant, good air conditioner but most importantly : vast range of titles, books on many shapes and pockets though books in Brazil are still a luxury item and knowledgeable and supportive staff. Unfortunately no discounts are available when you pay in cash.
There is a cafe in the back of the place and at the front. Prices up market but I recommend a coffee break in the quiet gorgeous Café.
I loved this place. I found english speaking staff who was voracious reader. He suggested me Brazilian poets and Author. Cool Ambience. Clean and spacious. Welcome drink .cozy cafeteria inside. Kids reading area. Music section. Helpful staff .easy to find your kind of Books .I would love to visit them again .Great place if you are book lover .
