Galleria Doria Pamphilj

A wonderful palace, almost hidden in plain sight. This place definitely surpasses one's expectations. It is well curated, and doesn't seem tedious. The audio guide is a must-listen, very crisply narrated by a member of the Doria-Pamphilj family. With many invaluable pieces of art, there are some exquisite works of Bernini, Caravaggio and Velasquez amongst others. Another big plus is the lack of crowds, which makes the visit all the more pleasant! Imagine having the beautiful hall of mirrors for yourself to admire!! Not to be missed for sure.

This is a lovely museum and absolutely worth it! Every room is stunning. The section that splits into three hallways is the most beautiful area I’ve seen in any museum I’ve ever been to. The secret apartment for an extra $5 was also really charming and interesting to see. The cafe that’s just to the left of the stairs before you enter the museum is also very nice! Great little deserts and drinks.

The Doria Pamphili Gallery is incredibly lovely; this site exceeded my expectations. Its interior halls are stunning, and it houses an impressive collection of busts, statues, paintings, antiquities, and other pieces of art. It's an incredibly unique and special spot to visit. Its collection is extremely well preserved and presented. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would definitely return. If you're visiting Rome, I highly recommend checking it out.

Room after room it gets a bit overwhelming with so many beautiful paintings, but the little machine guide is a great help. Wish there ware more chairs though and some paintings are kind of hard to make up anything out of them because they are so dark.

Very nice gallery ❤️👍🏻 A lot of great art works and very interesting audio guide. You can make your tour just with earphones. I was very impressed with beautiful works of Velazques, Titan, Bernini, Caravaggio, Breugel, Carracci, Ribera, Raphael. We have got a lot of pleasure! The personal was very polite and helpfull.
