One of the best places to sit down and just read. This coffee shop is basically located across Jimbocho Station. Various Japanese books are in this cafe, and a few english ones. I wasnt able to find a book that I like, so it was a relief that I brought one for me. When you are done reading, you can head out to nearby second-hand bookstores. Basically, Jimbocho is haven for book lovers!
This shop has an excellent atmosphere.
Comfy seats, charging, self-service water. Books about a variety of topics.
The menu said keema curry but there wasn't any curry flavor. It just tasted like ground beef, egg and rice. The temperature, texture and flavor were great but it just should have been called gyudon instead of keema curry.

This is a nice cafe and bookshop on Jimbocho Bookstreet. The café offers good coffee and various snacks and food options. All the books are in Japanese.
An outdoor sign caught my eyes! I was tempted by the menu board which said "Lamb keema curry" and I got sucked into the cafe.
The spicy curry was delicious!
If you are a lamb curry fan, this is the place to visit.
This cafe is located on the corner in a famous book shops area. You can enjoy books, coffee and curry!
Asked for wifi info and they said they don’t have WiFi. (While every customer was on a computer using WiFi) Asked for a book of my interest and they said they don’t have it while I saw it on the shelf. I think this place is friendly to natives but not for foreigners. I am tempted to say more but
